Michelin includes local restaurant in 'iconic foods' list
In March, the Michelin Guide posted a story titled "The Iconic Foods of the American South." The story runs through all the classics of Southern cuisine: fried chicken, gumbo, grits, deviled eggs, fried green tomatoes, collard greens, biscuits, chicken and dumplings, banana pudding, and barbecue.
Included on the list was Felicia Suzanne's fried green tomatoes. From the story, "In Memphis, Tennessee, the fried green tomatoes take on a Cajun accent at Felicia Suzanne’s where they are served with a dollop of remoulade and topped with house-made chow chow."
