“The idea came about when we realized how much the Downtown customer base and foot traffic was declining,” said Olivia Potts, office manager at River City Management. “We thought that having just delivery would be a great option, so people get something from Downtown and not have to necessarily come Downtown.”

901 Food Hall has five concepts — Between the Buns (burgers), Twisted Taco, The Strip Club (chicken tenders), Mac Attack (mac-and-cheese), and Half Baked (baked potatoes).

Potts said a manager at River City Management was charged with coming up with ideas for the food. The five are her ideas.

The menus offered for each are extensive.

Between the Buns has loaded fries, including Philly and Buffalo chicken. There are a number of burgers and a steak and chicken Philly sandwich as well. Mac Attack has a build-your-own option as well as taco mac. The Strip Shack has chicken strips and chicken sandwiches. Twisted Taco has bacon cheeseburger and barbecue tacos. Half Baked’s menu features Cheesy Goodness with cheddar and spicy white cheese sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, and green onions topped with a Cajun ranch.

Delivery is being done through DoorDash and GrubHub.
