Owners plan $63M Downtown hotel renovation
The owners of one of the largest hotels in Downtown Memphis are eyeing a multimillion-dollar renovation for the property.
Developers of the vacant 280-key hotel located at 185 Union Ave. have requested a 20-year PILOT (payment-in-lieu-of-taxes) from the Downtown Memphis Commission's (DMC) Center City Revenue Finance Corp. (CCRFC), to be voted on at its July 14 meeting.
