Peabody ranked No. 1 ‘Best Classic Hotel in the South’

The Peabody Hotel was named the No. 1 “Best Classic Hotel in The South” by readers of Southern Living in the magazine’s annual South’s Best poll.

A third-party organization conducted an online poll on behalf of Southern Living, asking customers to rate their favorite places in the South.

The study took place from July 10, 2024, to Aug. 21, 2024, and had over 10,000 responses.

The Peabody outperformed other well-known historic and classic Southern hotels, including The Don Cesar, Old Edwards Inn and Spa, and more.
