Pie, oh pie! Longtime Tonica staffer starts new bakery
The space that was once The Backlot is becoming a bakery.
Bob’s Bakery is expected to open in mid-June inside Tonica Downtown. The restaurant is located at 265 S. Front St., but the bakery, located in the former home of The Backlot Sandwich Shop, will be accessible from Dr ML King Jr Avenue.
