Regional One Health gets green light for new Memphis hospital
Regional One Health announced Monday, March 9, that it has received state approval to build a new hospital at the former Commercial Appeal building on Union Avenue.
The Tennessee Health Facilities Commission granted a Certificate of Need (CON) approval for the hospital, which will “modernize facilities, improve patient outcomes, and provide excellent care for families across the Mid-South,” according to a news release.
Regional One Health officials said Monday the CON request was confirmed but is not final until March 24.
