What's that moving into former Bedrock Eats & Sweets space in Downtown Memphis?
A new restaurant is moving in on South Main Street in Downtown Memphis.
Restaurateur Shayne Diaz is planning to open Kuya at 327 S. Main St., at the former Bedrock Eats & Sweets site. Bedrock, a paleo and gluten-free restaurant, closed in January 2024.
Kuya will have a Pan-Asian American-inspired menu, with plans to begin renovations on the 1,600-square-foot restaurant space later this year, according to a Downtown Memphis Commission (DMC) staff report.
