TechFit, a non-profit with programming for health and wellness along with essential technology skills training leases the building. The classes include healthy cooking, gentle group fitness class, computer repair, networking, and graphic design. Many seniors in the community attend their programming. And, the co-founders are a couple who live in the neighborhood and lead the programming. The exterior scope of work will not only make the building more aesthetically pleasing and approachable, but also more functional and safe.
