Bar Limina is a novel cocktail bar concept that offers small plates and focuses on specialty drinks, producing an ever-changing drink menu. Serving as a talent incubator in the F&B space, it will support emerging local creative talent while also hosting between 20 to 30 visiting bartenders from around the world annually. To support the reactivation of the space, the building will get new concrete sidewalk/curb, streetscape/landscape, fabric canopies/awnings and new exterior signage through the EIG program.
