Previously underutilized for warehousing construction equitpment, the 5,880 SF commerical building will be transformed into a construction trade. The grant will support with new glazing, concrete work, new garage door, new gutter system, and cleaning and repairing the brickwork. Clayhouse will be managed by the brother-sister duo, Kerry and Beverly Clay who have experience in construction and education respectively.
