Having been vacant since mid-2024, the space will be opened up as a neighborhood cocktail bar called Spoken For. The grant will support a high quality signage package that will highlight this space that is accessed from Butler Avenue. The new signage will be designed to complement the character of the historic building and will be consistent with the scale, materials, and aesthetic quality of the signage being replaced.
