The Memphis Parking Facilities 2024 Restoration project for the Downtown Memphis Commission “Issued for Bid” documents can be accessed below.
A Pre-Bid conference will be held 03/20/2024 at 10:00AM, prevailing time within the conference room of the Downtown Memphis Commission office at 114 North Main Street. Site visits for each of the garages will be held immediately following the pre-bid conference. Hard hats, protective eyewear and orange reflective safety vests are recommended for the site visit.
