First Course – Choice of:
• FSR Salad (gf): Black pepper vinaigrette, pumpkin seeds, parmesan cheese
• BLFGT Salad: Bacon, Creole remoulade dressing, Flo’s pimento cheese, layered with a fried green tomato
Second Course – Choice of:
• Shrimp & Grits: Wild Gulf shrimp, andouille sausage, Creole sauce, petite grit cake
• Sunday Sugo: Rich red gravy featuring Home Place Pastures beef & pork, parmesan risotto
