The Hospitality Hub connects people experiencing homelessness with the resources they need to regain housing and stability. Services include ID replacement, mail service, employment readiness, case management and on-site health/navigation support. The campus houses the Hub Hotel, a 51-bed barrier-free emergency shelter for women and children, and ten Hub Studios - non-congregate units for those needing additional privacy or medical accommodation. The Hub also runs Work Local, paying participants a fair wage to perform city beautification and blight-abatement projects.
