Request For Proposal - Fabrication and Installation of Pole Banner On Main Street Mall
The Downtown Memphis Commission (DMC) is considering hiring a sign company to fabricate and install pole banners along the Main Street Pedestrian Mall, the portion of Main Street Memphis that is bordered by Exchange Avenue to the North and Peabody Place to the South, in Downtown Memphis. The DMC will provide the imagery and text copy for use on the pole banners. The current plan is to have more than one banner design. It is anticipated that the overall banner project will include a series of 3 or 4 different designs that will be installed on poles in an alternating manner.
Submissions - All proposals must be submitted no later than Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. Respondents will submit their proposals via email as a single PDF to the DMC’s Commercial Strategist, Coleman Armes, at armes@downtownmemphis.com with the subject line reading “Pole Banners Along the Main Street Mall.” The cost of replying to this RFP will be at the sole cost of the bidder and will not be reimbursed in any way by the DMC Staff or the Center City Development Corporation (CCDC) Board.
