REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ):
Legal Services for Downtown Anti-Blight Efforts
The Downtown Memphis Commission (DMC) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified legal professionals or law firms to provide legal services in support of DMC’s anti-blight efforts within the Downtown Memphis area. The selected provider will assist with developing and implementing legal strategies, tools, and actions designed to eliminate blight and promote revitalization of commercial property within the Central Business Improvement District (CBID).
Proposal Deadline: All responses must be received by 12:00 PM on September 29, 2025.
