Request for Information (RFI)
The Downtown Memphis Commission (DMC) is soliciting information, advice, and industry best practices from parking-operations providers — including full-service operators and individual technology and service vendors — to help the Downtown Mobility Authority (DMA) shape one or more future procurement solicitations for the operation, technology, and management of its downtown parking facilities. Responses will help the DMA understand the current market and prepare more detailed, better-informed solicitations in the near future.
Through this RFI and the solicitations that may follow, the DMA seeks to leverage high-quality public parking and increased mobility options to support existing businesses and catalyze new development.
